This is a very cool wine. It's "a blend of old vine Zinfandel, Petite Sirah (Yeah!) and old vine Mourvedre (huh?)". It's also super cool that they used the version number "v" in the age: "v.2004" - that gets extra points from Gizmodo type folks.
I'm really into strange blends and phantom delivers in a sense that the first bottle was amazing - by the third it might have been too hot (um, Miami's fault) it was passe. But definitely something to try if you are like me and like the dry, full bodied type of wines. Highly recommended.
